Time Limit
Half-Marathon
The time limit to complete the half marathon is 2:45. Time limit is calculated from the last start.
First checkpoint 11.1 km
From the last start, the runners will have 1h27m to get to kilometer 11.1 that is situated at Clos Prévostois Blvd. in Prévost. To stay in the race, the runners must pass the checkpoint before 9:47.
Runners who arrive after this time limit will no longer be part of the race and will not be allowed to finish the race. A shuttle will take them to the finish line.
Marathon
The time limit to complete the marathon is 5:30. Time limit is calculated from the last start.
First checkpoint 21.5 km
From the last start, the runners will have 2h48m to get to kilometer 21.5 that is situated at the Gare de Piedmont. To stay in the race, the runners must pass this first checkpoint before 12:15
Runners who arrive after this time limit will no longer be part of the race and will not be allowed to finish the race. A shuttle will take them to the finish line.
Second checkpoint 32.2 km
From the last start, the runners will have 4h12m to get to kilometer 32.2 that is situated at Clos Prévostois Blvd., in Prévost. To stay in the race, the runners must pass this second checkpoint before 1:38 pm.
Runners who arrive after this time limit will no longer be part of the race and will not be allowed to finish the race. A shuttle will take them to the finish line.
Bib pickup
Bib pickup will be at Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites Saint-Jérôme, 255 – 8, rue de Martigny, Ouest, Saint-Jérôme, Québec J7Y 2G4
Schedule:
Friday, October 2nd– 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday, October 3rd– 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
It will not be possible to pick up your bib on the day of the marathon or at any other time outside of the scheduled time.

Participant's wristband
At bib pickup, a wristband will be attached to your wrist by one of our volunteers. You will have to wear this wristband until you leave the finish area after your race. This wristband is your pass for the bus and also to the start area. You must wear your wristband to access the start line.
If your wristband is damaged, you may be denied access to the bus and to the start.

Buses to the start lines
All buses leave from PLACE DE LA GARE in Saint-Jérôme, 160 rue de la Gare, Saint-Jérôme.
Please note that parking spaces are limited at the starting areas in Piedmont and Val-David. It could be difficult to find a parking place. It is highly recommended to take the bus to get to your start line. A 5,00$ fee applies.
The deadline to purchase your bus ticket is September 11.
To purchase your ticket, you will need your registration code, see your confirmation email.
It will not possible to buy a ticket on the morning of the marathon.
Buses to Half-Marathon Start Line
First Bus: 6:00 AM
Last bus: 6:30 AM
Buses will leave as soon as they are filled.
Trip duration: 20 minutes
Buses to Marathon Start Line
First Bus: 6:20 AM
Last bus: 7:20 AM
Buses will leave as soon as they are filled.
Trip duration: 30 minutes
Note-1: The bus schedule may change.
Note-2: There is no scheduled shuttle to bring the runners back to the starting lines after the race.
Wave Starts
Starts will be given in waves. Your start number will be written on your bib. It is important to start with the wave that was assigned to you. Any changes could result in errors in your final time.
The wave starts allow runners to spread out and make it easier for each one to adjust and take more easily his/her own pace.
Runner’s gear bag.
A gear bag will be provided to you at bib pickup. YOU MUST USE THIS BAG AND ONLY THIS BAG AT GEAR CHECK. No other bag or backpacks will be allowed on buses and at gear check. Leave nothing on the bus. Make sure to bring all your belongings with you. Do not leave valuables in the bags.
Gear Check
Runners will be able to leave their belongings at a « cloakroom » located at the start of the Marathon and the Half Marathon. The runners must use the bag that was provided at bib pickup. The bags are placed in numbered boxes. To identify your bag, you will need to use the detachable part of your bib that you will attach around a rope on the gear bag using the T-wrap you will receive with your bib. No other bags will be accepted at Gear Check. You can collect your bag upon arrival at the finish line.
It is strongly recommended not to leave any valuables in the bag that you will leave at Gear Check. It is the sole responsibility of each runner to identify his / her bag correctly. The organization of the Marathon will in no way be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged items.
All bags that will not be recovered after the race will be donated to a charity on race day.
Pacers
There will be pacers for the following times:

1:30 - 1:40 - 1:50 - 2:00 - 2:10 - 2:20 - 2:30
Marathon
2:59 - 3:10 - 3:20 - 3:30 - 3:40 - 3:50 - 4:00 - 4:10 - 4:20 - 4:30

Due to COVID-19, there will be no pacer in 2020.
Awards to winners
Awards will be given to the winners of the marathon and half marathon.
Top three men and women open category.
Top three men and women by age group: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 +
The chip time will determine the top three by age group.
It will be possible to pickup your rewards at a table set for this purpose near the train station finish line area.

There are many car parks available in the vicinity of the train station.

Bicycles and strollers on the course
In order not to impede the smooth running of the race and not to hurt or endanger the participants, strollers and bike followers are not allowed on the course.
